Use Products Honestly

Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful information. Do not attempt to disrupt services, scrape systems, access accounts without permission, or interfere with product reliability.

Respect Privacy and Safety

Do not share another person's private information without permission. For location-aware or social features, including surf coordination experiences, use good judgment and respect personal boundaries.

Enforcement

Bonne Vague Ventures LLC may remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, or take other action when needed to protect users, product integrity, legal compliance, or service reliability.
